The friendliness of the staff

Too warm room and too noisy street at night to open window

The room is impressive and big size, the staff are polite people that stayed from the old management.

Great hotel with free Wi-Fi, a snack bar, and a cute lounge area. I fondly remember how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet during my first visit. I recommend trying their express check-in!

A lovely, modern hotel in an excellent location. Warm and comfortable accommodation and it was exceptionally clean and modern.

The hotel staff were realy excellent, helped me a lot to keep my bags for four days before check in. The room was very big with nice view The bathroom was so big and luxury

There is no a safe in the room There is no coffee or tea maker in the room.

Noise disturbances from nearby clubs late at night!!! The cumbersome numerical code system for entering the room felt unnecessarily complex!!! Inconsistent cleanliness upon arrival could definitely use more attention!!!

I loved the location. The staff was so friendly, even the man from Nigeria who cleaned our room was so interesting. It was small, safe and more intimate. It was right in the middle of everything. Near the Hofbrauhaus, near the shopping, the beautiful churches, museums, train station, etc. I would recommend it hightly.

The tub shower. It leaked on the floor. I liked the stall shower very much.

The location is great. It nearby the central station, metro station, & shopping area. Recipients are very helpful.They offer iPad while you stay for free! The offer transportation to the Airport in bmw 7series in normal Taxi price. Parking is very close but with cost.

The room sizes from same category are really different. The picture in the site is not real. I have been given a very small room. They changed it to larger room in the same category.However, the large room is very nice. It is noisy (from street) specially during the weekend. They do not have room service. They do not have safe box. They do not have anybody to carry the luggage but the staff try to help.

I loved how everything I wanted to see, like Marienplatz and Church of Our Lady, was just a short stroll away. The team even helped me celebrate a special occasion with a lovely surprise in my room.

Great location; helpful professional staff; comfortable bed

The location was perfect, with the central shopping street and museums just a short walk away. We even got to enjoy the famous Oktoberfest only two stops down the U-Bahn! The staff was super friendly, particularly Sara, who guided us right from the start. The large, clean rooms.

A minor issue we faced was with the room's blackout blinds. They didn't entirely block out light, tough to sleep in. It was a little frustrating, but we managed.

Location of the hotel is great. Next to central train station and to historic center. Reception staff was very polite and helpful. Room was spacey and clean.

Breakfast need to be improved (quality & quantity).

The unique digital key system made check-in super convenient!

The bathroom shower lacked a shield, leading to a wet floor.
